Falcon Airport Services was started in July 2009 by Uriel Herrera of Orlando, Florida. As a skycap agent, he realized the need for a new company in the industry that would bring fresh and innovative ideas. He brings over seven years of experience as a skycap supervisor, managing around 75 team members in their day-to-day operations. His experience has helped him identify areas of improvement and customer needs within the industry. Thus, allowing him to bring a new idea to life, through the creation of a company capable of providing a personalized and customer service-oriented range of services. Maintaining the belief that our customers are our first priority and to provide top-of-the-line customer service at and through every opportunity. Falcon understands that we are the first contact between the customer and the airline. Therefore, it is our responsibility to offer the highest quality of service to every customer with an exceptional travel experience.
Nowadays, Falcon Airport Services is a company that provides a wide range of services to help passengers get around the airport safely and comfortably. We offer a team of trained and experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing quality service.
Our passenger assistance services include wheelchair assistance, companionship for seniors, assistance for passengers with disabilities, ground handling operations, aircraft security and cabin grooming for top-ranked airlines from around the world.

Our team of experienced and well-trained professionals is dedicated to representing your airline with excellence. We have a rigorous recruiting process and provide our employees with ongoing training to ensure that they are always prepared to go the extra mile for your customers.
Over the past seven years, we have proudly served airlines such as Spirit Airlines, Bahamas Air, Gol Airlines, Dutch Antilles Express (DAE), AeroMexico, and WestJet. We are now expanding our services and capabilities to meet the growing needs of our clients.
We currently serve three Florida-based international airports: Orlando International Airport (MCO), Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), and Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL).
